General
A workspace has a set of general settings: name, languages, operators, and payment providers. You can manage them from a central place.
General Settings
A workspace is part of on organization. To identify a workspace, you need to adjust the name. Within the general settings of a workspace, you can adjust the name.
A workspace name is only used internally and is not guest-facing. Guests never see the workspace name or reference.
Languages / Locales
A great guest experience starts with greeting your guests in their own language. By default, your initial workspace is created based on your browser language. Here, you can enable or disable languages/locales for your users.
Once multiple languages have been activated. You can translate your content through our translation feature.
Primary Language - it is impossible to change or delete your primary language. If you want to change the primary language, you can contact our customer support team.

Operators
Running an STR business or Hotel requires a lot of effort. We understand the need for sharing access, so we have made it possible to share access workspaces. Feel free to add up to 15 operators per workspace. An operator can be added by email. Once invited, the operator will receive an email notification stating that he/she is invited to that specific workspace.

Simple, that's you ;)
Invited
Operator has received the invite, but hasn't accessed the workspace yet.
Active
Operator has accessed the workspace at least once.
