Within Holidayhero, we separated various types of content. With experiences, we focus on things guests can book, request, or visit. Property owners can create their own experiences and build their curated lists.
Within HolidayHero, experiences are split up into various categories. See the categories below:
🏰 Attractions
Attractions are places a guest can visit, mostly paid. Such as amusement parks, cinema's, museum's etc
🏖️ Beaches

A place where the guest can enjoy food and drinks, such as bars, bistro's and restaurants.

Button
An experience can have three types of call to action.
Link to external page - the button will have a link and open a new browser page.
Show request form - shows the request form; submitted requests end up in the inquiries to be reviewed.
Products Overview - shows all the connected upsell products. Once purchased, the request will end up as an inquiry.
Once a product has been added the Call-to-action will automatically switch to products.
Each upsell with connected products will have price label underneath the upsell. See the example below.
If you wish to alter this price label, feel free to do so in the pricing section of the experience page. There are use cases where you have tiny products, such as a bottle of water, that will affect the item as a whole.
The use of metafields is allowed in the name,
summary
, and the content.
If metafields are used and the experience is shown through the public section. For reservation-connected meta fields, it will default to its' default value.
