Uploading a document to an amenity lets guests access manuals, instructions, or details directly in the app, enhancing their experience by providing essential information at their fingertips.


What is a document?

Documents can be used to extend information that is available on a resource, such as a Listing, Reservation, Amenity, Guidebook, or Experience. For example, if you have a manual that should be shown as an Amenity, please upload it as a document. Do you have an additional set of house rules that was only available in picture/pdf format? Upload this to a listing.

Security

Documents are always securely stored within our CDN. We generate unique download URLs for each document. Each URL has a validity of 2 hours, after which it will expire. A refresh will generate a new URL that allows you to download the document.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I download uploaded documents through the backoffice?

Yes you can!

  1. Go to the resource you have the document uploaded to.

  2. Go to the Documents tab

  3. Click on download

Voila! Your document is downloaded.

Can I recover an deleted document?

Nope, a deleted document has been shredded, thrown away and we removed all traces of it. Sorry.
