1. Go to the HolidayHero Admin

3. Select the device you want to attach to a listing

6. Select the listings you want this device to be attached to.&#x20;

<summary>How would guests unlock the lock?</summary>

The Bold Portal will create a temporary user with limited access for each guest within a reservation.&#x20;

<mark style="background-color:orange;">If the user has been manually removed from the portal, this will cause issues with user trying to unlock the lock within the HolidayHero app.</mark>&#x20;

**App**

1. After the user has connected the reservation, the user will have access to the app.&#x20;
2. Depending on your [reservation stages settings](https://support.holidayhero.com/the-basics/brands/reservation-stages), the user will be able to see the locks within the Smart Devices Section.&#x20;

3. In the guest app, you can see the locks.&#x20;
4. Once click a seperate window in app will be shown like this

5. A spinner will be shown till the lock has been unlocked.

By default we use an window of 1 hour prior to the check-in time and 1 hour after the check-out time. In case you want to adjust these timings:&#x20;

1. Go to the Bold integration
2. Go to the settings tab:&#x20;
3. Adjust timing settings
4. Click save
