In HolidayHero

  1. Login to HolidayHero and go to integrations

  2. Select the bold App or click herearrow-up-right

  3. Install the HolidayHero Bold App

  4. Click the Settings Tab

  5. Click connect.

Ensure that the Bold App is installed on your desired HolidayHero Workspace

  1. Go to the Bold Integration or click herearrow-up-right

  2. Ensure that the your Bold account is connected

  3. Click Smart Devices Tab

    1. Note: If bold is not properly connected, you will be redirected to the Settings page.

  4. Per device click the "Connect" button to sync create it in your workspace

Ensure that the Bold App is installed and you have connected one lock

  1. Go to the HolidayHero Admin

  2. Select Smart Devices from the menu (or click herearrow-up-right)

  3. Select the device you want to attach to a listing

  1. Click view

  2. Go to the Listings tab

  1. Select the listings you want this device to be attached to.

  2. Click Save

The Bold Portal will create a temporary user with limited access for each guest within a reservation.

If the user has been manually removed from the portal, this will cause issues with user trying to unlock the lock within the HolidayHero app.

App

  1. After the user has connected the reservation, the user will have access to the app.

  2. Depending on your reservation stages settings, the user will be able to see the locks within the Smart Devices Section.

  1. In the guest app, you can see the locks.

  2. Once click a seperate window in app will be shown like this

  1. A spinner will be shown till the lock has been unlocked.

By default we use an window of 1 hour prior to the check-in time and 1 hour after the check-out time. In case you want to adjust these timings:

  1. Go to the Bold integration

  2. Go to the settings tab:

  3. Adjust timing settings

  4. Click save

listing.deleted

The integration detects when a listing has been removed and will remove the corresponding matched listings.

reservation.created

The integration will detected when a user is created and connected to a reservation. The user information will be synced back into Bookingmood as a contact.

user.updated

The integration will detect when a user is updated and sync any of the updates to the corresponding contact in Bookingmood.

user.deleted

The integration will detect when a user is removed/detached from a reservation. The corresponding contact in Bookingmood will be updated
