How to integrate with Bold Smart Locks?
In HolidayHero
Login to HolidayHero and go to integrations
Select the bold App or click here
Install the HolidayHero Bold App
Click the Settings Tab
Click connect.

How to connect Bold Smart Locks?
Ensure that the Bold App is installed on your desired HolidayHero Workspace
Go to the Bold Integration or click here
Ensure that the your Bold account is connected
Click Smart Devices Tab
Note: If bold is not properly connected, you will be redirected to the Settings page.
Per device click the "Connect" button to sync create it in your workspace

How to attach Bold Smart Lock with a listing?
Ensure that the Bold App is installed and you have connected one lock
Go to the HolidayHero Admin
Select Smart Devices from the menu (or click here)
Select the device you want to attach to a listing

Click view
Go to the Listings tab

Select the listings you want this device to be attached to.
Click Save
How would guests unlock the lock?
The Bold Portal will create a temporary user with limited access for each guest within a reservation.
If the user has been manually removed from the portal, this will cause issues with user trying to unlock the lock within the HolidayHero app.
App
After the user has connected the reservation, the user will have access to the app.
Depending on your reservation stages settings, the user will be able to see the locks within the Smart Devices Section.

In the guest app, you can see the locks.
Once click a seperate window in app will be shown like this

A spinner will be shown till the lock has been unlocked.

How do you extend / limit access before check-in and after check-out?
By default we use an window of 1 hour prior to the check-in time and 1 hour after the check-out time. In case you want to adjust these timings:
Go to the Bold integration
Go to the settings tab:
Adjust timing settings
Click save

Each integration has it's own set of persmissions. Please find below what this integration will be able to do.

The integration will be able to create reservations.
reservation.update
The integration will be able to update reservations.
smart_device.create
The integration will be able to create smart devices
smart_device.update

Webhooks
listing.deleted
The integration detects when a listing has been removed and will remove the corresponding matched listings.
reservation.created
The integration will detected when a user is created and connected to a reservation. The user information will be synced back into Bookingmood as a contact.
user.updated
The integration will detect when a user is updated and sync any of the updates to the corresponding contact in Bookingmood.
user.deleted
The integration will detect when a user is removed/detached from a reservation. The corresponding contact in Bookingmood will be updated
