We understand that check-in can be a busy process — guests may not have all their details ready right away. To give everyone enough time, we automatically sync guest data **20 hours after check-in**. This leaves a comfortable 4-hour buffer before the legal 24-hour deadline set by the Guardia Civil. The system checks for reservations ready to sync every 15 minutes.

Each listing has a **Maximum amount of guests** setting. When a reservation has more check-ins than this limit, only the first guests (up to the maximum) will be synced to the Guardia Civil. The remaining check-ins will be skipped.

Each reservation has its own **Sync Logs** section on the reservation detail page. These logs show every sync attempt, including whether it succeeded, was skipped, or failed — along with a timestamp and a message explaining what happened.
