Yes, within the HolidayHero admin you are able to adjust the checkin details of the guests. Updated data wil automatically sync't to the Ses Hospedajes Integrations.

Frequently Asked Questions?

Does the integration sync guest data and reservations?

It does both. If the platform hasn't sync'd the reservation for you. You are able to do it through the integration. Simply lookup the integration and initiate the reservation sync.

When are the details synced to Ses Hospedajes?

We understand that check-in can be a busy process — guests may not have all their details ready right away. To give everyone enough time, we automatically sync guest data 20 hours after check-in. This leaves a comfortable 4-hour buffer before the legal 24-hour deadline set by the Guardia Civil. The system checks for reservations ready to sync every 15 minutes.

What happens if there are more guests than the maximum configured for my property?

Each listing has a Maximum amount of guests setting. When a reservation has more check-ins than this limit, only the first guests (up to the maximum) will be synced to the Guardia Civil. The remaining check-ins will be skipped.

How can I see if a reservation was synced successfully?

Each reservation has its own Sync Logs section on the reservation detail page. These logs show every sync attempt, including whether it succeeded, was skipped, or failed — along with a timestamp and a message explaining what happened. This makes it easy to verify compliance without digging through the general integration logs.
