Does the integration sync guest data and reservations?

It does both. If the platform hasn't sync'd the reservation for you. You are able to do it through the integration. Simply lookup the integration and initiate the reservation sync.

When are the details sycn'd to Ses Hospedajes?

As we understand that the checkin can be a disturbed process, where guests request a lot of information and might not have the time to give you all the details. We wait with syncing data, and only sync the data 12 hours after the checkin.
